As the commercial work grows, the Foundation grows with it. A proportion of all EPOCH commercial revenue is committed to the EPOCH Foundation by structural arrangement, applied uniformly across every clinical stream and the EPOCH Nutrition institutional arm. The proportion is calibrated to ensure the Foundation accumulates meaningful resource as the commercial work scales while the commercial proposition remains sustainable. The EPOCH Foundation is in setup phase as a registered UK charity. Registration progresses through the appropriate UK Charity Commission pathway. Pending formal registration, references to the Foundation acknowledge the in-setup phase honestly. Once registration is confirmed, the appropriate registered charity number and governance framework will be visible across all Foundation communications.

The EPOCH view
The Foundation accumulates resource from the structural commitment of EPOCH commercial revenue. Supporters who wish to contribute beyond engaging commercially with EPOCH can do so through three routes.
Founding patron engagement. A small number of founding patron relationships extend the Foundation's resource in the early years where the structural commitment is still accumulating. Founding patrons engage directly with the founders on the populations they want to support and the engagement architecture.
Named giving opportunities. For supporters who wish to direct their contribution to specific populations or specific engagement formats, named giving opportunities are calibrated through direct conversation. The architecture protects the integrity of the Foundation's mission while allowing supporters meaningful involvement in the specific work their contribution shapes.
Institutional partnership. Some institutional partners engage the Foundation through structured partnership that supports specific population work alongside their own commercial relationship with EPOCH. The partnership architecture is calibrated to the institutional context and the specific population focus.
