Where engagement proceeds, the institutional partnership covers: the Nutrition Assessment Framework applied to the school’s catering operation, calibration of menus against the same clinical principles, training of catering staff in the framework, optional clinical engagement with senior staff and senior pupils through the EPOCH clinical programmes, and the Foundation pathway for staff who would not otherwise access the clinical work.
A proportion of EPOCH commercial revenue is committed to the EPOCH Foundation, applied uniformly across every clinical stream and the EPOCH Nutrition institutional arm. For schools, this means the Foundation extends the clinical and educational standard to teaching and support staff who would not otherwise have access to it.
