The operational shape of organisational engagement: how the clinical work integrates with your existing infrastructure, how the cohort engages, how the EPOCH Index longitudinal trajectory tracks, and how the engagement evolves across the year.
EPOCH is the clinical-metabolic review layer added to your existing wellbeing infrastructure. We complement private medical insurance, executive medicals, internal medical teams, EAP and wellbeing apps. We do not displace them.
No packaged programme. The clinical work is designed around the specific individuals in scope, integrated with their existing clinical care, and shaped by the organisational priorities established at scoping. The bespoke calibration is part of the engagement value.
First-year engagement is typically a focus cohort of 6 to 12 participants. The framework allows expansion based on demonstrated value rather than requiring upfront commitment to organisation-wide scale.
A structured conversation between Robin, Amanda and your medical, HR or partner leadership. Establishes priorities, cohort focus, infrastructure integration, commercial framework. Output is a clinical engagement framework document. Two to four weeks elapsed time.
EPOCH Index comprehensive baseline for each cohort participant. Established biomarkers, microbiome composition, body composition analysis, sleep architecture, brain imaging where clinically warranted. Four to six weeks.
Individual clinical interpretation of each participant's Index baseline. Bespoke intervention design calibrated to the biological pattern revealed. Integration with the participant's existing clinical care and the organisation's wellbeing infrastructure.
EPOCH Index retest at three, six, nine and twelve months. Each retest reveals biological trajectory and informs intervention recalibration. Cohort-level reporting to organisational leadership. Individual confidentiality maintained.
Structured review with your medical and HR leadership at the end of each engagement year. Considers what has been delivered, what the biological trajectory data shows, what changes to scope make sense for the year ahead. The engagement evolves based on what the partnership has produced.
EPOCH operates with the clinical and HR governance frameworks of the partner organisation rather than around them. Three specific governance dimensions matter.
Individual clinical confidentiality is maintained throughout. Individual clinical findings, biological trajectory data and bespoke intervention design remain confidential between the participant and EPOCH. The organisation receives cohort-level aggregate reporting that does not identify individuals. Participants retain ownership of their clinical data and can access it directly through structured EPOCH channels.
Cohort-level reporting to organisational leadership. Aggregate cohort progress reports go to the agreed organisational sponsor (typically Head of Wellbeing, CHRO or Chief Medical Officer depending on the organisation). Reports describe biological trajectory at cohort level, engagement progress, and themes emerging from the clinical work without identifying individuals.
Integration with internal medical teams where they exist. Where the organisation has internal medical capability (occupational health teams, in-house GPs, sports medics for athlete cohorts), EPOCH coordinates with these teams under agreed clinical governance. Findings of significant clinical concern are shared with the participant's nominated medical contact through agreed channels.
CQC registration in process provides the regulated clinical governance framework that distinguishes EPOCH from wellness consultancies and ensures the clinical work meets the same standards as other regulated UK clinical services.
Establishes the organisational priorities, the cohort focus, the infrastructure integration and the commercial framework. Output is a clinical engagement framework document calibrated to your organisation.
