Request an initial scoping conversation

Every EPOCH engagement begins with a substantive scoping conversation. It is itself clinical and strategic work rather than a sales meeting, calibrated to the context of the conversation. Use the form below to request a conversation; we respond within two working days.

Which conversation?

The right conversation depends on the context. Each pathway has its own scoping framework.

  • For your organisation. CHRO, Head of Wellbeing, CMO or senior partner discussing corporate engagement, EPOCH Nutrition institutional partnership, wealth manager referral or Armed Forces commissioning.
  • For yourself. Individuals considering any of the nine clinical streams, from Metabolic Days through to ORIGIN and TRANSITION.
  • For elite sport. Senior medical or performance leadership at clubs, academies, national setups or governing bodies. Initial scoping conversations are by invitation.
  • EPOCH Foundation. Founding patron engagement, named giving, institutional partnership conversation.
  • Press and editorial. Journalists and editorial partners. We respond to substantive engagement within the appropriate professional context.

We respond within two working days. All correspondence is treated in confidence at enquiries@epochmetabolic.com.

What follows your request

The conversation that follows

1.

Initial response within two working days

We respond to confirm receipt, clarify any context needed, and schedule the substantive conversation. Response is direct from Robin or Amanda or a senior member of the EPOCH team rather than from a generic inbox.

2.

Scoping conversation

A structured discussion calibrated to the context. For organisations, with the medical or HR leadership. For individuals, with you directly. The conversation is substantive clinical and strategic work rather than a sales meeting.

3.

Engagement proposal or honest no

Following the scoping conversation, we produce a structured engagement proposal calibrated to what was discussed, or honestly tell you that EPOCH is not the right fit for your context. The architecture protects both parties from engagements that do not serve well.
